I received an email that my product will be shipped and it has been more than 5 days, what can I do? Follow

A: There are a couple things you can do! First, you can create an account on our website with the email you used to order your product(s) to check the shipping status. Second, you can submit an Order Support Form, where you can ask a specific question or get in contact with a service representative. Lastly, you can get in contact with us on facebook!
